Who we are

This website is operated by Alpha Technocrats, a sole proprietorship registered in India as a Micro enterprise under Udyam Registration Number UDYAM-GJ-01-0453894.

For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this website. Questions about this policy, and any request concerning your personal data, go to hello@alphatechnocrats.co.in or +91 91040 85590.

We are not currently registered for GST, being below the applicable turnover threshold. Invoices are issued without GST accordingly.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form. Your name and email address, which are required, and your phone number, company name, the capability you selected and an indicative budget, all of which are optional. We also store the message you write.

Alongside that submission we record the page you sent it from, the site that referred you if any, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. We use these to answer you, to understand which pages generate enquiries, and to identify automated spam.

When you simply browse. Our web server keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses. If you switch between the light and dark theme, that preference is stored in your own browser and is never sent to us.

What we derive. From that submission we also calculate a priority score, described under "How we prioritise enquiries" below. It is stored alongside your enquiry together with the reasons behind it.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, any of the categories of sensitive information — identity documents, financial account details, health information or passwords — through this website.

Why we are allowed to hold it

When you submit the contact form you are voluntarily giving us your details so that we can reply — consent for a clearly stated purpose. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us, and we will delete what we hold.

Server access logs are kept as a normal and necessary part of operating and securing the website.

What we do not do with it

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list — submitting the contact form signs you up to nothing, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from. We do not use your data to train any machine learning model, ours or anyone else's.

How we prioritise enquiries

When you submit the contact form we score it automatically, so that our team knows which enquiries to respond to first. The score is calculated from what you chose to tell us — the indicative budget, whether you selected a specific capability, whether you gave a company name or phone number, how much detail your message contains, whether your email is at a company domain, and which page you sent the enquiry from.

This orders our queue. It does not decide whether we talk to you. No enquiry is rejected, deleted or ignored because of its score, and a person reads every submission regardless. Our four-hour reply commitment applies to all of them.

The scoring runs on our own server using fixed rules that we wrote. It is not artificial intelligence, no external service is involved, and nothing about your enquiry is sent anywhere to produce the score. We record the reasons behind each score alongside it, so the result can always be explained rather than merely asserted.

If you would rather your enquiry were not scored, or you want to know how yours was scored, email hello@alphatechnocrats.co.in and we will tell you, or remove the score, or delete the enquiry entirely — whichever you ask for.

Cookies

We use one cookie. It holds your session and the security token that stops other websites submitting our forms on your behalf. It is strictly necessary for the contact form to work, and it expires when your session ends.

We use no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no third-party analytics on this website. If that ever changes, this page will be updated and a consent banner added before any such cookie is set.

Third parties

This website makes no requests to third-party servers. Our typefaces are served from our own domain rather than Google Fonts, so no external company receives your IP address simply because you visited a page. There are no embedded trackers, advertising scripts or social media widgets.

Our website and email are hosted on our own cPanel server at HostGator, who process data on our behalf as part of providing that hosting. Your data is stored and processed in India.

If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, that conversation happens on WhatsApp and is covered by their privacy policy, not ours.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so that we can pick up a conversation you started earlier, then deleted. Anything identified as spam is deleted sooner. Server access logs are kept for a short period by our host as part of normal operations. Where an enquiry becomes a project, the relevant records are retained for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it; ask us to correct or complete anything inaccurate; ask us to erase it; and nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.

Email hello@alphatechnocrats.co.in and we will action it within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason, and asking costs nothing.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will delete them.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and enquiries are stored in a database that is not publicly accessible. Administrative access is restricted and password-protected. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, card details or identity documents through the contact form. If you need to send something sensitive, email us and we will arrange a safer route.

If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as the Act requires.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be brought to your attention rather than made quietly.
