Engineering partner for ambitious businesses

We build the systems your business runs on.

Alpha Technocrats designs, engineers and ships software that has to be right — AI systems, web and mobile platforms, ERP and CRM, and blockchain infrastructure. Then we stay, because launch is the middle of the job, not the end of it.

Capabilities

Four pillars. Twelve disciplines.

Most agencies list services. This is the list of things we will accept a technical interview on — and we will tell you when your problem needs none of them.

01

Intelligence

Software that decides, not just stores.
02

Platforms

The systems your business runs on.
03

Products

What your customers actually touch.
04

Frontier

Build on what comes next.

How we operate

The terms are the product.

Anyone can promise good work. What separates firms is what happens when a date slips, a system breaks at 2am, or you decide to take the work elsewhere.

Agile delivery, run by certified managers

Every engagement has a named project manager and a two-week cadence you can hold us to. You see working software early and often, not a status report.

Turnaround time is a commitment, not an estimate

Dates are agreed before work starts and tracked in the open. If something is going to slip you hear it from us first, with a revised plan attached.

Support does not end at handover

Every build ships with a support window, documentation and a walkthrough for your team. The emergency line stays open around the clock.

You own everything we build

Source code, repositories, hosting, domains and admin access are transferred to your name. Nothing we deliver stops working if you go elsewhere.

Engagement

Six stages, no surprises.

You always know which stage you are in, what is being decided, and what it costs before it starts.

  1. 01

    Discovery

A working session to establish what the system has to do, who it serves and what it must integrate with. You leave with a written scope, not a sales deck.

  2. 02

    Architecture

We choose the stack, model the data and map the integrations before anyone writes a feature. This is the stage that decides whether the thing is still maintainable in year three.

  3. 03

    Build

Two-week increments against a fixed written scope. You get a clickable environment from the first increment onward and review real software rather than screenshots.

  4. 04

    Hardening

Performance, accessibility, security review and load behaviour, before launch rather than after the first incident. Findings are fixed, not documented as known issues.

  5. 05

    Handover

Code, infrastructure, admin access and documentation transferred into your name, with a walkthrough for whoever will run it day to day.

  6. 06

    Aftercare

A support window on every build, an around-the-clock emergency line, and an optional retainer for the teams who would rather we kept running it.

Questions

Asked before signing.

Still unclear on something? Ask us directly — you will get a straight answer rather than a callback.

Ask a question

It depends on scope, and any firm quoting a number before understanding yours is guessing. A marketing site is a different order of work from a lending platform or a multi-campus ERP. Describe what the system has to do and you get a fixed written quote — no open-ended hourly billing, and no number that moves after you sign.

You get a working build you can click through within two weeks of kickoff. A marketing site typically completes in four to eight weeks; platforms, ERP systems and mobile apps run longer and are quoted in phases, so you watch progress rather than waiting months for one reveal.

Yes, all of it. Source code, repositories, hosting, domains and app store listings are in your name, and admin access is handed over in full at the end. There is no licence to keep paying and nothing that stops working if you move to another firm. We would rather keep clients who want to stay.

Yes, and it happens regularly. We have told clients their problem needs a database rather than a blockchain, a fast mobile site rather than an app, and an off-the-shelf product rather than a custom build. Losing that project costs us far less than delivering the wrong one and owning the consequences for three years.

You call the emergency line, which is staffed around the clock. Every build also ships with a support window, monitoring and a documented rollback path, so the common failures are caught before a customer notices them rather than after.

That is the intention. You get documented architecture, readable code, runbooks for deployment and restore, and a walkthrough with whoever will run it. Software that only its original authors can operate is a liability we would rather not hand you.

Yes. We work remotely with clients in any timezone and are used to overlapping hours with the UK, Europe, the Gulf and North America. Everything runs over email, WhatsApp and scheduled calls.

Client names and logos are withheld by agreement — the case studies on the Work page describe real engagements by sector and scope instead. Project counts and satisfaction percentages are absent for a different reason: nobody measured them, so publishing them would be fabrication. Every figure on this site is a commitment we control and can be held to.
